The Amada FBD-1253 NT produces straight, even bends across the length of the machine, while gaining superb performance in processing small and large parts.  Additionally, the 1253 NT Stage anywhere between the side frames for high part repeatability, plus higher off-center loading capabilities to run more complex parts.

Alone, this machine produces excellent, high-precision bends - combined with Flood Heliarc's newest Dr Abe Bend software, however, this machine is even more effective and precise.  Dr Abe's 3D modeling and run-through simulation allows our engineers to identify possible design issues, and takes all guesswork out of even the most complex of bends!
