Custom Design
Initial Design & Concepts - Our expert designers will rapidly prototype 2-4 designs, out of which you will select 1. These designs will not be functional, but will display all functional aspects of the site (including mouseovers).
Revisions - After your design has been selected, we will further alter the design after it has been created. Don't like your menu after the site has been made? No problem - we will revise an overall design to fit your needs.
Custom Graphics - All graphics are created from scratch, only for your website. Although we have stock photos, the best designs come out of photographs you send us! For local companies (Columbus Metro Area), we can send one of our designers to do on-site photography.
Flash Banner / Flash Logo - Included in our Premium Package, but available as an add-on for the Basic & Premium Packages, we can create a Flash Logo for your site. This not only gives your site a professional look, but provides a "wow" factor for your visitors. Flash Banners for advertising are also available, as are extended length Flash movies. Interested in a complete Flash driven website? No problem! Contact one of our designers for a quote.
Google Map Link - Why settle for writing directions when you can link directly to a dynamic, real-time map? This feature is available in all our web packages.
Content Management System
Content Management System - We develop our websites using Content Management Systems. These allow for easy updating and editing for you, the user, while offering a variety of other services (user registration and login, live site statistics, polling, etc.)
CMS Templates - The sytem we use will allow template changes at the click of a button. That means you can change the look & feel of your site to match your season or mood (you can also let your users do the same!).
Database Driven - Your site draws from information stored in a database - that means you will have dynamic content that changes real-time.
Features - "Fantastico" is a feature included in our Business & Premium Packages. This makes many different systems available to you, which means we can easily and securely set-up online shops, blogs and more. The online shop is extra for Business Package customers, but a free option for Premium Package customers.
Launch & Maintenance
Search Engine Submission - We will submit your site to all major search engines. We will charge you, at cost, to increase your advertising and presence on Google. For Premium Package members we will work hand-in-hand in setting up an online advertising campaign at cost.
Personal Consultant - Both for design and launch, our consultant will get to know you and your organization so that we can make your website experience a positive one!
Training & Training Manual - We will update your site a fixed number of times within a period of time - after that, we will offer inexpensive extended updating plans OR we will train you to do it yourself! Included in the Business Package is a packet on how to update almost anything in your site; Included in the Premium Package is live online (or in person) training on how to completely change or update your website without any assistance.
Hosting - Our hosting is guaranteed 99.9% uptime - the price of monthly hosting will vary depending on the amount of bandwidth you choose, and other available options. Don't worry - we'll guide you through picking what's best for your organization! All hosting comes with email, although the number will be set by the selected hosting options. Paying for 1, 2 or 3 years of hosting at one time (rather than monthly) will reduce the cost significantly.
One-Time Setup Fee - This is the price for the design, revision, creation and launch of your website! Hosting and other Add-ons are not included.
Included Update Period - We will update your site a fixed number of times during the update period listed for your package.
Support - We offer email support and guidance at all times for our customers, but for Premium Package members we guarentee 24-hour turn around on all reasonable requests and phone support during regular Flood Heliarc, Inc. business hours.
