How long does it take to create a website?
Turn-around depends on a variety of factors:
- Number of prototypes and revisions
- Number of graphics
- Features (Flash, multiple templates)
- Overall site size
On average, a small site (4 pages) can be done in roughly two weeks. Larger sites (in our Premium Package) can take up to 4 weeks to complete, although a functional site can be ready before the official "launch"
How do I update my site once it's created?
Each package has a fixed number of updates associated with it - beyond that, you can purchase extended update coverage or update the site yourself. The system we use is very user-friendly and we will gladly assist you in taking over your site and making it your own.
I need my site to be up all the time - can you guarentee that?
Our hosting company guarentees your site will be up 99.9% of the time!
How do I get my own ".com" and email address?
Included in all packages is (at least) 1 domain name (".com") - more can be purchased very inexpensively. Email is included in all packages, although the number of accounts and storage will be limited depending upon your own selection.
I would like to redo my company logo - is that a service you offer?
In our "add-on" section you will find the cost associated with a variety of features our graphic designers offer - including Corporate Identity (which includes the company logo).
Okay, what's the cost - really??
The cost is as it is listed - the set-up fee includes creating your site from scratch. The monthly fee maintains your site. Outside of that, you can choose anything else at the cost listed - extra templates, Flash Graphics, No-Worries Updating for 1 year, and more. Most of these extras, however, are included in our design packages already.
